Leah is a Natural Light Lifestyle photographer Based in New York. She photographs a diverse range of subjects and with a focus on helping clients share their product value, style, and Story through thoughtfully crafted and curated imagery.

I was born and raised in the Hudson Valley region of upstate New York, located a little over an hour from NYC. I always felt an appreciation living between, what I felt was, the best of both worlds. To my south was the vibrant city that never sleeps boasting culture and endless possibilities, and to the north lay the pristine Hudson Highlands, exuding a quieter lifestyle encompassing nature and peaceful surroundings. Living amongst the two diversified locals, my exposure to Art, Music, and Culture had influenced me throughout my childhood years offering an insightful appreciation and deep connection to becoming a Creative.

I attended the University of Hartford on an Athletics Scholarship, and not long after graduating with a degree in Education, I relocated to the sunny island of Bermuda. I immediately became captivated and inspired by the island’s endless beauty of natural sea-scape. Embracing island living, I began developing an appreciation for natural light and its effect on my surroundings. I had noticed the sea often in harmony with the sun and a fine balance of emotion and cohesive mood existing between the two. This curiosity of captivating light and its constant effect on my pristine surroundings had me deeply appreciating a new opportunity of learning how to capture this emotional expression from nature, thus I began my journey of studying photography.

In 2018 I relocated from Bermuda to Zurich, Switzerland with my husband and three children. Living in Europe had opened even greater possibilities with my photography and it was during this time where I began my business of photographing Brands and Products for small businesses, in lifestyle settings. I absolutely love working with brands and helping my clients express their vision through my lens. I stay true to being a natural light photographer and find its challenge of unpredictability to be motivating, invigorating and unique.

Currently I divide my time between New York and Bermuda where I continue pursuing my dream of creating, inspiring, and building relatable connections between small-businesses and their customers.

I see myself as a bridge, offering a unique perspective visually sharing what others have to offer.
